Employers can use Casual Job to

• create vacant shifts, invite casual employees to apply for these shifts, and manage the hiring process,
• publish shifts to all users of the Casual Job app,
• create rosters and share them with some or all of their employees, and
• create payment reports and share them with their accountants.

Employees can use Casual Job to

• respond to notifications about vacant shifts and apply for them,
• apply for publicly published vacant shifts,
• receive and review rosters, and
• create payment reports and share them with their accountants.
